GREAT location, just a few blocks from coffee shops, restaurants and the West Bank, where we needed to be over the weekend. Room was well-sized, wifi worked well, beds were suuuuper comfortable, and it was really nice to have a kitchenette. Staff were really nice and helpful. It was the best value I've had in a long while. I stayed at the hotel because I had a medical procedure at the u of mn. The location was perfect less than a mile from hospital and it was quiet for the recovery after the procedure. At a regular hotel you would have heard people going up and down the hallway, here it was peaceful.

Was clean, in good repair, and had good doors, locks and security. Convenient parking. The location right next to U of M campus and next to I35W. Bathroom and shower were nice. Bed was basic but comfortable. The price was good. Had to leave one day early and it was no problem. Staff were friendly. The location was excellent - very nice walk to the stadium to watch the Packers destroy the Vikings. Most of the staff were helpful. The price we paid was excellent. Perfect location for the swim meet. Excellent food. Will have perfect transportation service starting fall, light train just outside. Excellent value for money. Located in Dinkytown within easy reach of the Downtown area. Well-equipped room. Friendly staff. Nice room for its price, and it is very close to the UMN University. Close to my business meetings downtown, but was less expensive. I like the location and security of the building. it was neat, clean, and very comfortable. Friendliness and hospitality of staff. Location. Staff. room looked clean, beds were comfortable, tv worked in our room,we rented 2 rooms. Location, parking was easy. Nothing. Nitpickers may not like that they don't have daily room cleaning unless you stay for a week or longer, but we were totally fine with that. In fact, we preferred it. It was very austere and utilitarian, which I didn't mind but it would bother some. Our room was below street level and there was a 'musty' smell when we first enter the room. but after opening window it was ok. The a/c was quite noisy. The kitchen was very small but adequate for two if not cooking much. No room service. The courtesy computer was unusable, I had to print my football tickets on the front desk computer because after 30 minutes of trying to download my tickets, once I did the printer was out of ink. Was not able to get change to use the washing machine. Booking said breakfast included, when we got there breakfast had ceased being provided in the mornings. Only slight problem was that the computer was very slow when I tried to print off my Boarding Pass on the last evening. Bring your own Laptop / Tablet !. It seems a little expensive with no continental breakfast or at least some yogurt or Nature Valley bars or similar snacks. Poor lighting in room. No issues. location was on lower level and had a wet musty smell, like a wet,dirty,cleaning rag used in bathroom. The TV in our daughter's room didn't work, we didn't spend a whole lot of time in rooms, so didn't report. The room smelled moldy. It was the lower level and we asked to move but couldn't.
