There is a nice sidewalk the entire way and it is also about 5-10 minutes to the Mackinac Island ferries. The hotel has a decent beach and the rooms are half and view of the water vs. not.   The staff on the day we checked in were so helpful. When we checked out, I really liked the two ladies at the desk, they were so nice and made me feel that I was a special guest to them. - Helpful staff. Good location With free.shuttle to ferry. A/C not working good at first and ,immediately repaired.
