Absolutely no complaints regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. I felt very comfortable and clean. Overall, the Clarion is a great value for the money. - It was peaceful.   We liked nearly everything about Mackinaw Beach and Bay Resort. A morning breakfast is provided, and it's good, but it needs a little variety. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are great and the view is amazing from your own private balcony. However the manager decided to put us into a room that was ready and turned out to be an upgrade. We were weary travelers and were very thankful.

When we checked out, I really liked the two ladies at the desk, they were so nice and made me feel that I was a special guest to them. - Helpful staff. Good location With free.shuttle to ferry.
