Staff was very nice at check in and check out. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice location to Texas Tech (not across the street per se but easy access).

Bathroom floor not mopped.
We had a reservation for a room with two queen beds, and they gave us a
room with one king bed. We were a family of four. I gave them the
printed out reservation that stated two queen beds and they told me the
manager put it in wrong and they were full.They had an oh well attitude,
to bad for you. I had to ask if they had some roll away beds, they
didn't offer anything. They did give us the roll away beds, but
