He even remembered my name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store there... Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles. The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.

  As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was great............would have loved to have stayed longer. There are also convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.
