O que as pessoas dizem
Very nice little boutique hotel, located in a hip quarter of West Hollywood, very close to Beverly Hills.
Rooms are trendily decorated.
The hotel has a nice cafe, and an 'Eggslut' truck parked putside for breakfast, which makes delicious, fresh and cheap egg dishes for breakfast.
If you need a cab, don't wait for one, it may take a while, ask the hotel to book one for you at no extra cost. todos opiniões »
The hotel is small and eclectically designed.
We were greeted by Angel at reception, who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are decorated in great taste.
The hotel's App (palifornia) is informative and full of local tips and recommendations.
The staff was excellent, attentive to our needs and very friendly.
An exlectic setting with beautiful room design that is very pleasing to the eye.
Excellent food was a big surprise.
Terrific location in proximity to Hollywood and downtown LA.
Loved the design of the hotel very funky and fresh. very impressed by the decor such an improvement from when the hotel used to be a hostel. Location is amazing.. Centrally located on Melrose Avenue surrounded by the boutique and street shops.
Comfortable bed, spacious room for the price point, staff were sometimes moody but excellent on the whole (Sean was so kind to me in helping me get to the airport), the restaurant inside the hotel is also fantastic!.
LOVED the design, yes the rooms are a bit dark due to the paint colour but the details such as Edison lamps and book stacks are just too cute; shower was luxurious and staff super helpful.
I liked the design, the whole place is beautiful. I wasn't able to enjoy the restaurant, but it looked good.
The beds were amazing. And the service was pretty good, they were really nice.
Fantastic hotel right on Melrose Ave. Beds are really comfortable and the service is great! Enjoyed every minute of it. Would stay here if I come back to LA. Really recommend this hotel.
Laidback vibe and crowd. Comfortable rooms. Top location in the centre of West Hollywood's Melrose Avenue. Good restaurant/bar (The Heart and The Hunter) inside the hotel.
Location is great for where I need to be. Design of rooms/paint colors on walls is great. Design of building is great. Staff is great. Hot water is reliable.
Very nice, original and modern decoration. Very clean. Accesible parking rate compared to other hotels, free wifi. Good locationn near to Santa Monica Blvd.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and were more than happy to answer questions about the city and things to do.
Very stylish hotel - great design and attention to detail.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Close to some nice stores and cafes.
Great modern design. Very interesting look. Restaurant was nice. Great
smells wafting all day!.
Decor, great funky vibe, staff helpful. Location was appropriate to our needs.Wifi.
The location was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
I love the decor and the room is of good size. Excellent location too.
Great location, very helpful staff, comfortable and stylish rooms.
Staff, location, design, furnishings. Restaurant. Eggslut.
Staff very nice
Excellent restaurant
Very confortable room.
Decor, cafe is amazing, staff is very stylish and friendly.
the shopping was great and people were friendly.
Cozy, no phones in room. Food and bar in room.
The staff were very accomadadting and friendly.
Great atmosphere and great style.
Like the location.
The front desk workers were damn good looking and classy who were very helpful and gave really good suggestions.
Design and style of the hotels interior food at the restaurant
was excellent.
Sheets and shower head felt high end.
Location and design. TV was good.
Nice clean and stylish place.
clean.
The shower though the water did not drain well.
Nice couch.
No kettle in the room.
Noise from the street and the kitchen/restaurant affect the rooms.
Air conditioning is centrally controlled - not from the room.
There were too many hidden holds on credit cards when booking, this is the only fault I have with the hotel. The fact that the hotel holds so much money on your credit card during your stay is excessive and each patron should be informed of this upon check in. Not informing us isn't good enough as surely it would be a reoccurring question amongst guests . This was a little disappointing.
Thin walls, can hear everything but I didn't find it too disruptive, rooms are a bit dark.
The meals in the adjoining restaurant are outstanding, however the staff in the morning were very rude. Evening staff were delightful though so would recommend dining there for dinner only!.
The rooms don't have a closet. (I know it's a small hotel, but still).
Nothing.
Liked everything.
The vent system between rooms allows sound to travel far too well. I've stayed at Pali several times and can always hear conversation and music in other rooms.
Hotel for young couples, not prepared for kids. Nice Restaurant in the hotel, but rather expensive.
The walls were fairly thin and we could clearly hear our neighbors talking. Also, the room was a bit too dark for our liking.
Can be a bit noisy in the evenings.
Thin walls. They have no coffee in rooms, and worse...no coffee in the
lobby or anywhere. We had to get in the car to go get morning coffee.
Also, we paid for parking but there was no room when we came back.
Parked on street for 20 bucks instead.
No breakfast, could hear a bit through walls and outside.
The air conditioner did not work in the room and it was quite warm. We had to leave the balcony door open to have air circulation. We asked to move rooms but were told the other rooms were the same. I wish there was a coffee pot in the room.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Liked it all.
Absence of drawers to put my clothes.
not enough light in the bathroom!!! Need to be able to get closer to mirror or have magnifying mirror for the women.
The rooms didn't have phones, the Wifi didn't work in the rooms and the termastate was externally controlled so the room was absolutely freezing cold.
Not being able to eat in the front outdoor area.
As always i seem to get very rude and noisy families from outside the US in the room next to me and walls are very thin. Parking is a bit of a hassle as well.
We had 3 rooms and all of them were on the street side. It was impossible to sleep correctly due to the noise of the street. I understood that booking guests have only street side rooms. Otherwise it could have been nice.
Which it had a small pool area or a small sunbathing area with no pool.
Receptionist did multi tasking while checking me out. This is so
disrespectful and very annoying. Room was really noisy as you could
hear music on the floor and from the restaurant. Avoid room 108 when
you stay there!.
Rooms tiny, no phone in room, charge a lot for parking.
Booked a family room with crib... crib was not ready and room was on ground floor, just across the window from the patio restaurant/bar tables... Staff on 4/14 at 8am was a self-confident not-too-smart gentleman who couldn't help us.
The fancy furniture and interior style, obfuscate the comfort.
no air con, rooms are a bit thin, can hear other people easily.
This "boutique" was depressing- dark and weird. Noise from the diners was loud. The lighting was terrible. Paint colors depressing. The skeleton pic that was framed was unnerving. I would neither stay or recommend to anyone. It was disappointing.
Rude staff, no thermostat, no phone.
