After booking, Architectural Dream Estate will contact you to provide a rental agreement and payment instructions. Credit cards are not accepted as a method of payment. Full payment and refundable deposit of $15,000 is due on day of booking. Method of payments accepted are wire transfer, direct deposit or cashier’s check. The security deposit will be return to the guest in approximately 30-days after the property has been inspected by management and all claims, if any, have been satisfied. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Architectural Dream Estate of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
