  The staff was excellant very personalble. We had just arrived at the philadelphia airport from Paris a long flight and we had a 5 hour drive home.   The staff was very friendly and very helpful especially after the first suttle didn't arrive and I had to call for a second one. The shuttle driver refused a tip because they were late in picking me up, he also put together a small lunch sack for me so I would have something to eat. Lemon could have been provided for the tea drinkers. Tea selection was good, my favorite was there, green tea with pomegranite ? .The ladies who worked the breakfast room were excellent, accommodating special requests if possible. Darryl, at the front desk, was excellent and helpful in many ways.

  The receptionist was lovely. I think her name was Jessica. She was very friendly. The other guy working was also very friendly. I am not sure of his title but he brought us the roll away bed.
