Room layout is really nice having the half bath is a bonus. Room on 23rd flr was spotless and housekeeping was working really hard to keep it that way. The beach area was huge. Casino is large and clean. Not smoky and over crowded like some others. Getting around is easy with tram.

  The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Anything we asked for or needed was taken care of within minutes. I requested an extra blanket in the middle of the night, and housekeeping was there almost immediately. The pool was cool even in 100+ degree temperatures.   The decor was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The king bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed breakfast at Rick's. The pool was fabulous and the kids fell in love with the slide. we loved the poolside service. We would love to return one day! - The Spa was my favorite.
