  The Doormen were fabulous and very service oriented. Cute note on the mirror from one of the cleaning staff wishing us a great day.. COFFEE IN THE LOBBY...can't even believe I didn't put that first! Wine happy hour was great everyday and especially on weekend with live music. Staff were very helpful and friendly except for the day of check-out which I hope was a fluke.

  Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure. The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing).   We really enjoyed the feel of this hotel~it had a 1920's elegance. Down to the fine details of the room with an actual coffee press instead of the standard Mr. Coffee. It reminded us of the "Tower of Terror" ride in Disneyland!.... - the staff was amazing, night and day they were perfect
