  It's a nice hotel in the financial district of Miami; clean, the parking is $15 valet/night, the tv is not a flat screen, front desk is not 24 hr service, and we constantly had to ask for face towels. The carpet in the hallway on our floor had a mildew smell but once inside the room, everything was great!   I love everything... Nice location close to the beach, very elegant and quite green street. The hotel is amazing... With nice patio and relaxation zone... Apartment was spacious and great with full equipment kitchen, 2 plasmas in each room... Everything was clean.   Habitat Residence is such a quiet and comfortable place to stay for our family! It closes to the beach, restaurant and the city views. Our family enjoyed Miami so much by staying at this place. I will definitely recommend this place to many others of my friends who have plan to visit Miami. We had a view off of the numerous balconies in our unit of the Miami skyline. It made for a much more relaxing stay where we did not have to be crammed into a hotel room.
