The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. The Charles is extremely convenient, provides a very pleasant environment, good services, particularly the use of computers. The rooms are nice and well thought-out, the food is good and the prices reasonable. A winner! - Excellent room, facilities, and location.
