The place is great. I stayed there for one week, and totally enjoyed my time there. What I liked the most was the staff, they really make you feel being welcome. And they are helpful. In my opinion, the best way to judge the quality of someone’s service is when something goes wrong. Well, when I had reason to complain, the issue was handled fast and professionally. Just perfect. The beautiful ocean view from our room was truly spectacular. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. The shopping mall was wonderful and had everything one could ask for in a mall shopping experience. The staff at LSI was very friendly and accomodating. I would definately book a stay with them again. -

The Hilton Hawaii is a very grand and posh hotel. So obviously expensive. Facilities are very good. 8 swimming pools. Eateries. Shopping mall. Grocery etc. easily available. Beach is poor and stony. tower. Staff were all excellent and friendly. Service was typically
American with high standards. All very approachable. The rooms and
resort we're clean and tidy all the time. Very child friendly, with
movie nights for the kids and plenty of water activities and also a kids
club for the younger ones. Best hotel beachfront location on Waikiki. We
travelled there in October. Plenty of takeaway options on site opening
