The Kendall has a welcoming and helpful staff. They loaned us an
umbrella when it was raining/sleeting which we truly appreciated.
Our room was handicap accessible and the bathroom/room were very
clean and spacious. This hotel has a cozy, warm, Americana style decor
with some very nice pieces of furniture and decorations that add to the
charm. Breakfast was hearty and very good. We stayed two nights
separated by a couple of days and had a lovely welcome back basket of
goodies in our room when w

All of the staff were so very friendly and accommodating. Joe, Ralph were the 2 who I dealt with the most and were exceptionally helpful. The breakfasts were very good, the rooms were extremely comfortable. I can't say enough about my stay there except that I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to all of my friends & fam

Good location, excellent concierge staff, didn't go to the
pool/gym area so unable to comment. It suited it's purpose - we
have 4 kids and it was cheaper to rent this apartment than pay out for 3
hotel rooms which we had originally booked.

Great small boutique hotel. Privately owned & operated. Both owners there. Service was superb. Facilities were spotless, really nice & quiet. Breakfast included in their wonderful restaurant. Excellent location. Great to have breakfast included in the price-cereal/pancakes/toast/fruit/bacon/eggs/waffles. Would definitely stay again. Beds very very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights including Saturday. Was very quiet every night except saturday it was busier in the restaurants underneath and a little noisy. We slept through it but if you area a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. The view of the street is lovely though so we kept our street-facibg room and the other nights wer

Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped! Also, the door man was such a delight...helped get our car, load the car, offered help with directions, even gave our son some small toys! -
