Very, very service-minded staff during the 8 days I stayed here. Especially Ryan and Felix at the front-desk! Good reception for the free WiFi and there is also a guest computer downstairs you can use for free. It was available almost all the time. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room in which I stored groceries and drinks I'd bought at Ralphs located two minutes away (by foot). Only 2 dollars to use the washing machine. Fabulous hotel, staff was amazing, so helpful and friendly. Awesome location very close to Hollywood blvd. rooms were enormous! We had a 3 queen bed room for our family of 4 and loved the space, biggest room we had in all of our hotels! Parking was secure, safe and Free! Breakfast of donuts and hot chocolates were an unexpected bonus for the kids.
