The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our suite was very clean with a balcony overlooking the pool and on the right spot for a late afternoon sunshine. It lacked a corkscrew, I asked for it and is was brought to the room within 5 minutes.
And the best: the location! Vibrant Hillcrest accross the street, a new Vons 5 min walking and close to all major roads.

Outstanding location - Hotel Circle - allowed for easy commute to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Airport, and more. We were able to go to the sites, then come back to the room for lunch and swimming and return to the sites for the evening - a great way to break things up for the kids.

I was pleasantly suprised by our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and had been recently renovated. The staff was friendly andf helpful. It was definately a value for the price. I would recommend other people to stay at this hotel and I would absolutely stay there again.

Phenomenally good value for money. Just book it. The room was well and
tastefully appointed and fitted with tv, cafetiere and fridge as well as
table and chairs. A good cafe was on site serving simple but very
palatable fare. There were also gym and pool facilities which I did not
use. The location was very practical with only short drives to Sea
World, Midway Museum, Old Town, Zoo etc (in fact there were shuttles
available for a couple of these destinations). I felt very relaxed there

The Staff were wonderful -from the lobby greetings to the friendly and helpful Cleaning Staff! It was a very nice hotel. And so beautiful! We lived in a room with to large queen size. It was very spacious and a bit old fashioned. But in a good way. It was close to a big mall, which we really approved. We didn't have breakfast included, but there is a nice café in the area (the hotel is in a very big area and has a lot of rooms all over the place) that had good sandwiches and Starbuck coffee.

clean and acceptable. New windows eliminated noise. Bed was very

The following day, the day shift person came and replaced the temp gauge, and it worked just fine. I would stay there again.

The staff was amazing and very helpful with transportation and anything else you asked them. They go above and beyond and always have a smile on their face. Rooms were very nice, great breakfast buffets, good dinners and drinks. Albert (2) were very nice and I wish I would have gotten the front desk persons names as they were all wonderful! -
