I loved this place, Gina in reception was very friendly and helpfull made our stay very enjoyable. Felt very spoilt. The pool looked very nice didn't get time to go in it. Was right in the middle of everything. The rooms were very nice. Would def stay here again. -

Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great. The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. Staff was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean and as described. Close enough to main part of the strip to walk every day. Restaurant inside casino next door (ellis-island) has good food at great price!! (Dinner for 2 for less than 30 bucks, steak 10oz and eggs 5.99$). We got a deal at about 800 for the room for 7 nights and it was well worth it. The tub in the hotel room was deep enough for soaking and relaxing. The
room was clean and up to date. Ti was centrally located on the strip.
Mystere was a great Cirque du Soleil show Alcoholic drinks in various
establishments were good; service people were helpful. The pirate show,
although kind of ridiculous with the Sirens, was still fun to watch.

Without exaggeration, the most immaculate and luxurious hotel suite I've ever stayed in - in fact, I thought the staff had mistakenly upgraded me when I first opened the door, as the price was so reasonable!

I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels.
Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.
