Absolutely fantastic location just steps from the beach and at the entrance to the pier.. A very short walk to the Boardwalk and a wonderful cafe for breakfast just down the street.. They have a nice fire pit to sit around and relax on a chilly evening and S'more kits can be purchased to make campfire deserts for the kids! It also has a nice heated pool after a day at the beach.

Location, Location, Location! Our balcony view was STUNNING with an open view of the beach and the boardwalk. You could sit, have a coffee, and watch surfers take lessons. Also their restaurant, amazing view, interior decor was superb, very luxurious, and the food amazing. The hotel had a fun interior decor of various bright colors incorporated into the atmosphere itself. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Super friendly and caring staff. They found a way to provide me with a room with a view! I felt welcome and valued as a customer.
The motel is located in a perfect spot within walking distance to a 2.5 seaside path, the boardwalk amusement park,and downtown restaurants and shops.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, a very nice place to stay.

Beautifully appointed & comfortable suite overlooking Cowell's Beach and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Great facility, staff, value and to top it off perfect weather (December for heaven's sake) and Steamer's Lane down the street was breaking big. Everything basically. The hotel has gone over some major construction
and is under new management so all the old reviews don't apply. We
were expecting a really dirty and shody room so we brought our own
sheets and blankets but we didn't need them because the room was
so pristine! The sheets were so white and smelled good and the room
was so clean! The staff is super friendly and funny and so helpful!!

Jay the front desk guy was extremely helpful and always available to
answer our questions and to attend to our needs. Great value for the
money and about a block away from the beach. My girlfriend forgot her
promise ring there and they were willing to mail it back! The room was
perfect for our family of six and the kids loved it. We will definitely
be staying there again soon.
