The staff was very courteous and friendly. They made me feel very welcome and were extremely helpful with my questions. The hotel's location was great and next to a train stop. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful. -

We really enjoyed our stay. The room & hotel, in general, was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was very nice, too. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to Chase field, while leaving our car safely parked at the hotel. The hotel rate was very reasonable. We will likely stay here again when we go to the D-

Great Location, Great value for your money, very, very clean--it would have passed my Mom's white glove test! Beds were very comfy, looked to be newly remodeled, staff was great and the free breakfast had the best selection of food I've seen in a long time. Would recommend it to anyone and I did tell all my friends and business associates about this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. While the facility was a bit tired, it was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not bad, not fabulous, but certainly adequate and plentiful. All in all, for the price, a good value. And the grounds and pool were pleasant. If you are looking for a luxury resort in the middle of the action in Ph

Best Hotel for the money I have every stayed in. I stayed one night with
my wife and her return flight was delayed. I stayed a second night! I
was at another hotel by the airport in a not so hot area, and decided
after they would let me see the room, yea that kind of place! Booked a
room again at the Phoenix Place and happy I did! Staff is very nice!
