  The owner (I think) Mitch Scott was very friendly and helpful. The room with Kitchen was nicely arranged. To the beach were 5 Minutes and the center was very close. They are doing some amendments in this house (almost no noise, no dirt) and next year it will be perfect, we can highly recommend this place! - Room was large, hotel was very quiet an... o que as pessoas dizem » d large kitchen was very useful.   I stayed at south beach for about 4 days.The staff was really nice, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and with all the kitchen facilities, such as refrigerator, a small dining table and a microwave.   Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon. During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless ... o que as pessoas dizem » and they made it every day. The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar wh - very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

  Our room was quite big with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Also, it faced into the courtyard, which meant that we couldn't hear much of the party noise in front of the hotel. As we were celebrating our anniversary we received complimentary breakfast, which was very good and served until noon. The service on the beach was also excellent. One time we accidentally left a tip of $105 for breakfast (ins - My experience at Hotel Breakwater was perfect and flawless. Perfectly located on the best area of South Beach FL. Cross the road to one of the best beaches in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have not noticed anything but a smile all through my stay! In particular Mr. Curtis and the night duty gentleman from front desk. They made my stay beautiful. Thanks guys I won't forget to thank Mr. Jimmy the General Manager who makes runs the whole friendly show. I will definitely not

  great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.
