  On the first night we did not get much rest due to a party in the adjoining room that lasted until 4am. The hotel refunded our money for that night. I reserved a non smoking room anf on the second night I and my friend awoke to what appeared to be second hand cigarette smoke in our room. The staff was so friendly and willing to make any drink we could think of. They were so patient and attentive to the children that ordered. Great staff from gift shop to the Conceirge. We stayed over Thanksgiving and was recommended some wonderful resturants. It was a great time.

  Excellent room, two bedroom unit was just that, with kitchen and two baths, very nice. Housekeeper came around and asked when you would like service, a very nice touch. - The access to skiing was perfect. From our room in the Tower, we were on the slopes in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and just a beautiful place to stay!

  Very clean resort. Close to everything. Pool staff, concierge, and valet staff were fantastic! Front desk agents needed to perk up a bit...the overnight agent was missing for about 15 minutes when I was trying to check out (I'm an ex resort manager) - Love the amazing service by every staff member be it the front desk people or the house keeping ... o que as pessoas dizem » staff! The room with two bathrooms was exceptionally nice, clean and comfortable. Excellent access to Harvey's and a great comedy show! Location near shops and food locations was very good.   The suite we booked for 2 nights exceeded all expectations and had we known how high the standard of accommodation was we would have factored in a longer stay here during our trip. The pictures on the hotel website do not do justice to how lovely the property actually is.
