  The front desk lady was amazing. When I made my reservation the system timed out so I didn't receive a confirmation I immediately called the Lodge and this lady took my information and pre-booked me another room just in case the reservation didn't go through. The service was so personal that will have decided that we will be returning for a more extended stay in the future. The Lodge is very budge - the receptionnist ''Sophie'' I think her name is, she is exceptional, friendly, happy, helpful, full of energy, she really is what Lodge at Turbak's Creek is all about a nice place to stay!

  Extremely hepful and friendly staff. I was able to borrow a bike and therefre was able to see more of the beautiful area than on foot or even by car. - Everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel location was idyllic and the facilities superb. It is the coolest place.

  The place is very clean and well-maintained. The woman who runs the hotel is very organized and on top of everything. She gave pretty good area recommendations and was always willing to answer questions.
