  The Staff, friendly, efficient and always will to accommodate. Eddie the lovely woman that looks after you for breakfast does a wonderful job. Food was always hot and plentiful. She starts your day off the right way. Andrew was very warm and welcoming when we checked in. He was always ready to help when we needed it. To all the staff, well done... o que as pessoas dizem » . It is also family friendly, I have stayed there before with three young children and the room we had was clean, large and very reasonably priced. - I stayed here while on a golf trip with some friends, and I am pretty convinced I could not find anything better for a very budget-friendly stay. Certainly, I booked the room well in advance because I perfectly knew that the room price would soar because of the PGA Championship that was to be hosted at the nearby Oak Hill Country Club (main reason for which we came to Rochester). Excellent location, close to the Market Place Mall, public golf courses and good dining places

  The staff was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast that was included in our room rate. The breakfast manager, Lisa, treated us like family and ran the area like it was her home visiting with each table throughout our meal. Luis, the omelet chef, was excellent! We were amazed at how he cooked three omelets and two waffles... o que as pessoas dizem » at the same time!!! He remembered every order!!! The breakfasts were delicious! - The staff were very nice and professional. The room was nice and clean and I would definitely stay again. Holiday Inn has improved a lot since the last time I stayed at one and makes me more apt to start staying at them again
