I loved the central location to everything. It was also surprisingly very quiet. After the initial confusion with my reservations, which letsbookhotel.com helped me clear up, I did not know what to expect when I arrived, but was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went upon arrival. The room location and access was very handicap friendly which I appreciated. There was a very nice full size refrigerator and microwave which we loved. The television was nice and there was a nice ar.
todos opiniões » The staff was very courteous. When our room was being renovated, we were bumped up to a bigger and better room. The lady working had a great attitude about everything. She made us feel very comfortable about everything. the location was very nice.. staff were great.. room ok.. fridge did not work.. whereas the freezer did.. I like the fact that it look like a one bedroom apartment and it made me feel like im at home! ;-). Staff was excellent, price very reasonable, close to the beach and many local restaurants. The location of the hotel and the speed of its WiFi, which was super fast!. Good for the money was pleasant stay would stay again just needed a pool. The place was "hetro friendly". For the price it was a great deal. Everything was nice n the room I luv 2 come back. like how staff was very attentive to our needs. It was convenient for the family. Location, Prices, Business. The only thing we liked was the location and the cost of the room. I like all of the appliances that in the suites. This is a good hotel, recommended for family. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of everything we may have needed. I have nothing good to say about sun suits but I guess u get what u pay for. the fact that i could cook in the room. The friendliness of the staff. Kitchen. Nothing. that it was close to the Seabee base where my daughter is stationed. the lady at the front desk on the night was very helpful. Not one thing. Nothing there. Nothing. Nothing. There were no towels in the bathroom when we arrived and no vanity to hold your toiletries, even though the bathroom was massive. The bed was supposed to be a queen, but it was either a full or the smallest queen size I have ever seen. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not come to clean the room or even empty the trash during our stay. Perhaps you have to ask for that like the towels. i cant say that i didnt like anything.. The only thing I didn't like was the freezer wasn't cold enough. It wouldn't freeze any ice and mke my drinks colder. Nothing. The carpet inside of room was stained and appeared nasty. Ice maker did not always work. It was fine. No dislikes. The club behind It. parking, but I understand it is still A work in progress. We had to change rooms three times because the bottom portion of the refrigerator didn't work in them. Air Conditioner, Fridge. Nothing i like it all. I did not get the room i booked. I ordered three king rooms and got three full rooms. Needs to upgrade the tv. The Fact I Had To Leave To Early... The tv in the rooms. smell of smoke. Once I poured my coffee and had drank about a half of it. It was then I could see all the food and such left in the cup. Nothing worse when drinking coffee and you find rings and food specs in the cup. Did not appriciate the fact that my card was charged before we arrived. I had a late check in set up. Was told they had to run my card early because they were running out of rooms. What made me really mad was the fact that was not the card I intented to pay with. I used. I will not stay with you again for that reason. You say one thing and do another. The toilet did not flush correctly. The refrigerator ran, noisily, all night. The bed was very uncomfortable. The floor was filthy. I did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned,I did not get any clean towels.I brought my own small towels from home,I had to bathe and dry off with the towels I brouht from my home,cause every time I call for clean they told me they did not any clean towels. The spoon and fork are not available in the room. Please prepared. No room service, carpet needs cleaning, water draining very slow. Comforters not clean rooms needed MORE vacuuming …four young ladies stayed and they didn't supply enough towels even after I requested on line …please MORE towels!!!!. To noisy and staff didn't help when we needed light bulbs and when we reported the noise the security guard let other guest see it was us that reported them and then we had problems. Will never stay there again. Toilet not bolted to floor Refrigerator not cold enough adlj nob missing. hotel needed to be updated. no wi-fi. homeless man sleeping under the stairs. I did not like the fact that they had charged my credit card already before I got there. The booking said that I would pay when I got there. I was traveling with another family which was going to pay for their own room, but instead both rooms were charged to my credit card with no option to change. They started painting the walkways and stairs during our visit, making it hard to get to and from the rooms. Also we found bed bugs in the beds as well. We only got refunded for one room, even though they were in both. They charged my card before I even got there. I had to wait over an hour after I checked in for my room to be cleaned up after previous guest. They took my pots and pans even after I told them I would be using them. After i seen how they clean the rooms i think i might buy or rent an Rv for my next trip. The room didn't look like the pictures this place made my one day trip horrible. had trouble with the key cards the whole time there. fridge didnt work properly and didnt get a different for one for over 24 hrs. had to wait for clean towels for 9 hrs. will not be back. could never connect to Wi-Fi. The bed. The pillows. The covers. The two vagrants in the parking lot that panhandled me. Counter was dirty with coffee from previous occupant. Just overall run down. NO POOL and no where to sit outside!. No pool. The service The room wasn't clean The room had a foul odor. No towels in room!! Roaches running around the bath room!!!! Rugs dirty and beds were not Queen as it shown on the booking. My granddaughter had sleep on the floor!!!!! The room was not cleaned or beds made all the time that we were there...... There are not enough words to tell you how bad it was........ The bed was hard and uncomfortable!!!. the rooms were filthy, staff was unprofessional my room was not cleaned and the supplies, such as towels were not replenished until I asked. the room was dirty the room had a very bad odor that lady and her husband next door had three big dog in the room we never stayed in our room the lady on the night shift move US to another room. Unsavory characters were milling around in groups as we checked in. One couple came in as were checking in because their door had been broken into. The ac unit made a horrible noise-we were told to leave it on because a new motor had been ordered. The tile floor was dirty and sticky. The sheets were dingy. Good thing that I had a large can of Lysol with me. letsbookhotel.com needs to take this hotel off their list. It wasnt clean had to buy cleanig supplies. The room was Dirty, the water would not drain out of the tub, The refrigerator was pulled out fom the wall and left in the middle of the room, The blanket had burn hole in it ( non smoking) room. We checked out a half hour after arriving and drove home. There sign was burned out and was making it hard to locate at night. The place looks good from 50 feet but up close it would fail as a homeless shelter. I just wasted money on a room that was not fit and the staff could have cared less. Absolutely the most unsanitary place I've ever stay...when I looked out side at night it looked like a drug hotel...people just hanging around looking like there were up to no good...I Wouldn't even go to my truck with out my husband ...it was horrible...carpet so dirty our feet we're black...had to lay all of there towels on the floor so my kids could just walk around the room...just nasty... The floors were nasty I didn't feel comfortable, it was a non-smoking unit but it wasn't fresh it had an stale smell. I will never stay there again. poor custmer service.
