  Stayed for one night as we were visiting ucsb. Jon checked us in and helpful and friendly in answering the few questions we had about the motel and surrounding area. The folks at the front desk the next day were also very courteous and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was included in the room price. Will definitely stay there when we next visit the area. - The place felt safe, had a nice view, was very clean, and was centrally located with a private feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator was very helpful with luggage and unexpected. We used the guides at the front desk.We were charged exactly what we expected, no surprises. The pool looked nice.

  The young man who checked me in and out the next day was very friendly and helpful. He called my room after I got there to ask if everything was okay. The motel is definitely no-frills but it was quite comfortable, clean and quiet even though it was full. Also, there was no deposit or charge for my little dog. I loved that! There were plenty of pillows on the beds, and the towels were creatively stored in t - The motel was clean, inexpensive and a reasonable drive from the event I was attending - and nearly half the price of facilities closer to SB.
