Beautiful,landscaping,bar carried great selection of wines and tap beers. The food,was suprisingly,great. I,stay at Marriotts,that are not on this property,quality level. I was plesantly,suprised. Would recommend this property,highly. Mike Rush. Clean nice swimming pool staff went out of they're way when we were unable to exchange English money anywhere they went and got us dollars out of they're own money and had our English money to put in her account. Nice breakfast.
todos opiniões » A very nice handicap room. Very easy for my husband to get around. We were there for a funeral and happy to have a comfortable room. Enjoyed the bar and breakfast room. Fantastic hotel for good price. Nice pool and breaksfast, really nice restaurant. You should choose it during your stay in Fresno. it was comfortable, quiet, friendly service , and extra pillows over all we had a great time and their breakfast was good !!. Older property but very nice grounds large grounds. on-site restaurant and bar is a plus, large clean rooms. It was convenient, clean, with great staff. I LOVE the pillows. I want to buy two of them!. very clean and large room. Didn't make it to breakfast but everything was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located. It is very attractive. We received good value. rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was adequate (not great). had everything I needed and more the robes were a nice touch great breakfast. No PBS on the available cable. the tv went out on a few stations but was a satelilite issue. The breakfast was a bit sparse Had to wait and wait for the desk clerk. He spent a LONG time with the guest ahead of me without even so much as a greeting. Staff at front desk not very forthcoming or approachable, room was not ready when we got there. Room temp difficult to control. Instructions on the wall did not work and as a result the A/C cycled all night. it was spread out. several different buildings. access to the internet did not work in our room, we had to take the laptop to the lobby area to connect. Nothing to dislike. Pillows are large and hard. Ac in my room was a little inept. ~ far from everything, best for auto travellers overnight stays ~ inhouse restaurant closes at 21, had to drive 5 mins to get dinner. Too long to answer the phone and I missed a call because while I was checked in, they said I wasn't registered. I brought cash to pay for 3 rooms for 3 nights and was told that I could not pay until we checked out EVEN WITH a credit card on file. I will consider NOT returning for this reason. room a little hot. breakfast was plastic plates and cups, eggs were bad quality, instant juice. Strange smell in the room no possibility to open the windows. Old style hotel. It is old and not clean, old bed and sheets and towels. Overall terrible.
