  I take rating things very seriously. This hotel gets excellent across the board. From the staff with exemplary customer service skills, to the free bbq's and pop, to the spacious, clean rooms. What a blessing of value this was! Lit - Arbuckle Lodge was very convenient for our visit with Minnesota relatives. Very clean, helpful staff, comfortable room at a good price.   The price was the hook. The room was small but had everything you want for a short stay. Free breakfast was minimal but a good starter before lunch. The staff I spoke with were more than very friendly! Noise was minimal & the smells others spoke of barely existed! No worse than many other .places I've stayed over the years.   The room in this hotel was a pleasant surprise as it was big and beautiful. It was just like being at home with a large living area with a large couch, large bureau, complete furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The bedroom corner had a large bed and next to this was a large bathroom with a tub.
