  Upon checking in we discovered that the air-conditioning unit was broken in our room ~ I contacted the front desk and they sent their maintenance man "Jesus" (I hope I've spelt that right!) to fix it ~ he had the unit out and a new one put in within 20 minutes! Thank you Jesus for saving the day! The building was older and oddly built, possible a remodel but the rooms were staggered which made them quiet as my room did not adjoin another room on the sides.
