This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It is clean, beautiful, and the staff are wonderful. They were professional in every way, but were very friendly and helpful. We always try to stay in the Choice hotels when we travel. We have never been disappointed.

The beds were very comfortable. The whole experience was wonderful (aside from the dislike) we would stay here again without hesitation.
There is nothing to dislike about this new hotel.
The bathroom smelled of urine.
Mainentance man was smoking in a room off the pool and the smell came into the pool where I was with my 2 young children, 1 who is highly allergic. He moved outside when told.
When my daughter and her friend checked in, they wanted to pay cash for the room. The clerk didn't know how to take cash (!) and there was no one there to help her. After almost 13 hours on the road, they had to wait over a half hour to check in. This was the second time we've used this hotel in the past several months. The first visit was fine.
