  this was our 1st stay at the Fairfield inn and from the second we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and the staff at the front desk were so friendly, we have stayed in many hotels in that area and never been in one that was immaculately clean as the room we were in and i dont use that word loosly,so th... o que as pessoas dizem » ank you for making our stay a pleasant one.. - Great price and breakfast, rooms very nice. Staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .. they appeared to really care that every thing looked good, was fresh and well stocked. Made our review of the hotel in general much better. Ever though we had a couple issue I am willing to give them a second chance

  Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. - Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good.

  I liked the location and the relaxation of the lobby and its features for waiting for a flight or your partner etc Staff gave me friendl direction to shopping and route home It was easy for me to wait for my husband from his flight and we had dinner there - Staff was very nice and helpful. I didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but room service was good.
