  Our room was on the first floor in the back and our view was to a garden, beautiful. Being aTuesday we ate at the bar.   I enjoyed all they had to offer. Upon arrival (1:30pm) our room was not ready (check in was at 4pm but may be ready at 2pm). The receptionist was very friendly and gave us an envelope with two beach passes, and tickets for two lounge chairs. Around 2pm we received a call that our room was ready. We booked this trip for $122 (wi - The hotel rooms were newly renovated, beautiful and very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating, especially since we thought we had double beds in the two rooms we book, but found that we had 1 queen bed in each room which was not going to accommodate 4 ladies. They scrambled to find us what we asked for and gave us 2 rooms which worked great. It was also nice to start our day with that continental breakfast in the morning.

We weren't expecting to see the ocean - as we didn't request a room with a view, but you could see the ocean from our bathroom & bedroom. The staff members were really sweet & helpful! Took about 15 minutes to get to the Cape May Zoo & about 5 minutes - My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The owner was very friendly with my daughter who is special. In my book that means everything to me. The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating. It was steps away from the beach.I would recommend staying at the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel has the best food in Cape May. The local wine was good too.
