  Very personable staff especially the man working the checkout desk on 11 September during the day.I kept my bags with him and he was very accommodating. - The staff was very friendly. I had scheduled a late arrival. The front desk greeted me by name when I walked in the door after midnight. Impressive. Hotel is on train line into the city.

  This Hostel was way more than I had expected ! Extremely spacious with various areas where you could relax and enjoy their free tea or coffee (a shame that their wonderful hot chocolate we had at breakfast wasn't working in this area ) They even provided free popcorn and cookies too! The people working there were very polite, professional, and were willing to answer our millions of questions about attractions, restaurants, and directions.   It was very comfortable and we were given a quiet room as we requested. Also the staff were pleasant and helpful. Though it was not so convenient for the city centre the fact that they provided a free shuttle bus to and from the subway helped to make up for this. It's a great location for that, and the shuttle bus to the Transit stations was terrific! The staff also let us check in early (10 am) so we didn't have to carry our luggage around for a few hours.

  The location was excellent, easily walkable to loads of super places around Boston. Didn't have a car so couldn't comment on the parking, but would book if possible as there was very little space nearby. Was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. For the location you'd be hard pressed to find another hotel for anywhere near this sort of price (double - It was great value for the money. We had a room on the top floor with a huge balcony looking out over the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a private bath. There was a microwave and cupboards with dishes. Very convenient. The guest house itself was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. We were able to park our car right behind the guest house in the public alleyway. It is also near to a subway stop.
