The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. I have not seen a place so clean and have friendly staff. Thank you for the great time we had at the Best Western Plus Vista Inn. Loved the arrangement of the room & the beds are comfortable. The pool was warm. We liked the décor of the main hallway & all the comfortable chairs & benches to sit on. I loved that fact that it is close to the airport, and very easy to get to . the shuttle service and long term parking are very important to me. I always stay here whenever I fly.
todos opiniões » Quiet, friendly, pool clean and welcoming, breakfast delightfully, dark for sleeping, nice atmosphere to relaxs in. Complimentary coffee bar and warm cookies. Loved the stay. The room as great the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was good start and the cookies and milk was a nice touch at night. The two queen beds were seperated so we both could sleep. My husband has some health issues and that was important. We loved the pool/spa area. The temperature of the pool was perfect. The hot tub was a tad too hot though. The friendly helpful receptionist who went out of his way to assist even to the smallest detail. Location to airport and continental breakfast in the morning, cookies and milk in evening. Everything the staff, the facility, the food, the location, the price. Personnel at front desk were very friendly and helpful. We liked how he rooms were arranged and quiet. great location and superb accomodations. Next to airport clean. location & staff. Distance to airport. Swimming pool was open late. Breakfast bar was not stocked very well. Lots of people trying to fix a plate, but not much to choose from. Nine o'clock out of cookies. We did not like that our room had no window looking outside and that there was no elevator. We did not know the set up of the rooms and the rooms facing inside the hotel seemed to be very noisy at night. That I had to leave the next day to go home. Pool, hot-tub and exercise room was under maintenance for 6 of the 8 days we stayed there. Thought about changing motels several times during stay. Wish they would inform people making reservations of pool closure prior to arrival. Hot tub needed maintenance. Can't think of a thing. nothing. Was noise after 10 pm. Could hear people walking by the room and could hear people talking outside the room. noise ac has some noise during on off. ground floor has noise transfer in from parking outside. Had a smoke free room that still smelled smoky. 142. The rooms on the Internet were miss represented. I was expecting a luxury room but what I got was far from more like a motel 6. Rooms were very very small. Was told a hot breakfast but everything was gone already.
