latter's name correctly) were marvelous. So efficient on check-in
and providing a cozy and yummy breakfast. Breakfast included fresh

Very helpful staff: helped changing our booking for no cost, helped
finding some places in the area, checked-in early etc. very clean room
and fully equipped bathroom. Cosy. Warm enough. Convenient location,
easy to find. The snowsummit resort is 5 minutes drive from the place;
as well as the village (place with restaurants and shops, theatre). The
restaurant at the hotel is on the lake side, probably very beautiful in
summer. And, finally, across the road - one of the best sushi we've
tried in

We liked the quietness of the hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, we were asked how we would like to have our eggs prepared...very good service! -

My husband and I went up for our tenth anniversary. We loved our room!
It was a little piece of heaven, we had a great time lounging in our
inroom hot tub as well as sitting on the terrace in the morning drinking
coffee. The room was very clean, and the staff made sure the towels were

We stayed in the cabin named Gretchen, it was very nice had a spa and a nice fireplace, the whole set-up of the cabin was very well designed. We will request this cabin from now on. We have stayed in 4 others rooms at the Black Forest, and never been disappointed. The staff is great.

I really enjoyed my staying, my husband and i had an AMAZING time. The cabin was spotless, the restroom, bed, kitchen were clean. The jacuzzi was so relaxing.
