Upstairs guests can get loud. Request 3rd floor room.
I didn't like that my room was on the 3rd floor and I didn't notice an elevator.

Room had bad smell in it. We asked for bottle of spray at front desk and that helped a lot. Had nonsmoking room but bedspread had what looked like cigarette burns in it.
very aging room, needs major refurbishment, many flaws, poor wall repairs, curtain off rod, no toilet paper one day, only 1 towel one day, noisy smelly AC, contrast on TV not adjustable, almost unwatchable. entire facility short on parking so double parking was a problem, questionable goings-on in rear parking lot after dark, very noisy at night if you stay on the first floor next to parking lot.
breakfast area way too small for the size of the hotel. Guests were standing outside the door, eating their breakfast because there were no room. carpet needs changing, security very poor, 2am my husband went out to the car & met a young lady by the elevator, she asked him to give her a ride home. hotel badly in need of renovation.
