Convenience and closeness to Disneyland. Staff responded quickly and courteously to our need to change rooms. Is in very good proximatey for the convention center and yet still close to Disneyland. Close to convension Center & Disneyland. Room was comfortable and large.

Hotel was within walking distance of Disneyland resort which was very handy and we enjoyed the outdoor pool despite it being so cold. Location Location if u r going tro the convention center its better value than Hilton Hyatt and marriot prices. Location - convention center and Disney. Location. The only thing we really liked was that the person cleaning the rooms was really polite and helpful. And our server/waiter was very attentive. It was clean. Nothing. Our first room smelled strongly of bleach. We were quickly rebooked into another room. Ice machine on our floor was broken. Dishes in the hall not removed in a timely manner. Double beds were a little small. Queen sized bed would have been more comfortable and is also what we are used to. A café where you could order off a menu for other meals than a breakfast buffet would have been helpful as well. Sink in microwave counter was lime stained and had no hot water. Room had a musty odor. Beds were not very comfortable. Internet was difficult to connect and only connected a few hours at a time. Not convenient for working. very poor wifi connection entire time. Maid service was not the best didn't leave all of what they support to, washcloth, coffee! Had to call front desk to ask for coffee n she call maid service to bring it to our room she said about ten minutes but it wasn't had to all front desk again to received coffee n the lady at front desk brought coffee to room! Not the best maid service also didn't speck English when I ask her the next day to make sure our room was clean n stock with coffee n ect !. Was disappointed with breakfast buffet and over all food menu.I think there should have been more variety.Outdoor pool was too cold.Also did not like being charged extra each time we used the safe in our room,should have been included in room rate. I found stains and hairs in the blanket and it took forever to get them changed. The night manager came up to see and was blind taking off glasses to see better and did not realize it was a numerous amount of different looking hairs stuck to the blanket. They said the management was in transition and were having problems not wanting to buy new linens. Pool - no services (food,drink) Elevators - slow and always had cleaning staff with carts in them. I didn't like the huge parking fees, Poor service at the restaurant (we walked out and went elsewhere) Rooms are dated Very noisy aircon bathroom is very small vending machines costly !!. Room booked wrong & overbooked. The room looked nice but on closer review it was average. The Sofa Bed was broken and the bed sheets were horrible. Seems like it could use a bit of an refresh. The restaurant wasn't very good, but the waiters and waitresses were friendly. With how medeocre the hotel is they should offer either a free shuttle from john wayne airport or free shuttle to DisneyLand. The information binder is out of date and says there are two restaurants and there is only 1. Pool was not that heated and they charge parking and continental brakfast way over priced wont stay there again. Promise on website w/full breakfast was not kept. That was the only reason we booked this hotel. Website also said free parking, which was an out & out lie, it was $14.00 a day (which they did waved). Broken ice machine, etc. We would never stay here again.
