The two desks clerks were extremely friendly. Angela only started 2 weeks ago and she handled some stressful mornings very calmly. Rooms were very nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to stay there when we go to San Francisco. This hotel has been the place we stay at for the past 3 years and only continues to get better.

Unusual inner courtyard design with wide common flagstone terraces on each floor featuing outside seating and landscaping. Excellent security - card-key elevator access only from covered parking area.
