The Hotel Staff was excellent .The shuttle driver Irene picked me up at the Airport and then went to the desk and checked me in . The desk called my room after checking in to make sure everything was ok with the room . The restaurant staff provided great service and was very freindly . I am not from the Columbus area. I asked a woman at the front desk about
some good places to eat. She told us about the area around the
Nationwide Arena. But she went one step further and printed out
directions from the hotel to the downtown area. I thought this was
extremely helpful and very nice.

I am actually Betty's daughter. I made her reservation, checked her in & picked her up. Your hotel was terrific! The room was lovely, quiet & restful. The desk staff was professional & courteous. The housekeeper I passed in the hall smiled & greeted me. Mom felt very safe & comfortable. -

This hotel was wonderful!! We brought our girls in an overnight
"American Girl" getaway. They have a package upgrade here that
was fantastic! We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk
handed them their American Girl bags with a travel bed,pillow,blanket,

The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

I was so amazed, I knew what they were suppose to look like, from the
website. But it was exactly the same beautiful. I will come back, I will
recommend to others, we travel quit a bit. So I look forward to visiting

the bathroom was very nice, the toilet was clean, amazing just amazing. -
Extremely affordable; the service was amazing, the suites were very nice.
We came up for the weekend to attend a fitness expo and this suites were very relaxing to return to after each long, busy and semi-stressful day.
There were about 43 of us and the management did their best job to keep us all close-by.
