The staff were outstanding! Friendly and extremely accommodating! The shuttle to the airport was a bonus for us! Which ultimately led us to book at this hotel. Glad we did!

Beautiful room and view! I was travelling on business and was worried about the distance from Convention Center... It was a very easy short drive. It was also just far enough away from the hubbub and hype of downtown Palm Springs to allow me to decompress and unwind! -

The hotel is much better than what I expected. It's new and clean. The kitchen has more applicances & pot than my own house. The weather at Palms Springs was so hot that we didn't get a chance to ride the bike & play tennis but we got to play table tennis, raquet ball which is in a air conditioned facility. We and our children liked clean pools and SPAs, Sofie learned to swimm there, one can stay one hour in warm water in September, mount san jacinto tram with walking in forrest was amazing experience, night shopping and dinner in downtown, we enjoyed nice comfortable villa with very nice and well organized kitchen with big living room, two bathrooms, terasse with grill for a very fair price, close to shopping area, banks, we will never forget and we can recommend this facility.

My daughter and I were visiting friends in Palm Springs, we stayed two nights. Our room was on the ground level opening up to the garden and the pool area, we could not hear the guests at the pool only when our door was open to the patio. We had breakfast in the room and it was very good. The beds are really nice with soft bedding and many pillows

The Hotel was in a great location. The staff were nice and very helpful! Ordered room service and it came really quick! According to my boyfriend the Spa was very nice, clean and the staff there were great! The price was not bad at all as we booked the room for the same day to spend Father's Day weekend there! We will definitely be going back!!

Loved the decor, the staff, and the general friendly ambience of the
whole place! It was not too far off the beaten path of downtown P.S.,
and if you wanted the shuttle, you could use it. Mostly, I liked the
service. It was always courteous and fun and prompt. I will stay there
again! The pool was great...especially on Friday before the weekend
crowds arrived! -
We used Palm Springs primarily as a base for hiking in the Joshua Tree National Park; in this respect we loved Palm Springs and especially the Saguaro, which exceeded all expectations for a very reasonable price. An excellent resort/hotel suitable for families (better for children older than 10) as well as for a romantic getaway. Excellent in-house restaurant.

I was stuck at the Airport due to bad weather. I looked for a cheap but
clean room to stay in and came across this hotel. It was the 6th lowest
priced room shown, but was first room in a hotel not motel. The
description was vague by saying only that it was a 1 King bed suite. I
was blown away when I opened the door to what should have a 1 bedroom

The room was huge and great pool and balcony kitchenette was nice too. Right in downtown Palm Springs across the street from a casino and less than a block from the shuttle stop for Coachella Music Fest which we were there for. Free parking is nice also along with luggage carts in the parking garage.

Proximity to shops and city center. Many restaurants walking distance. The room was big, beautiful bathroom, and the Andalusian design made you feel relaxed. Comfy bed, great bar area in the room. Great pool.
