  The staff was friendly and did get us into another room after the air conditioner failed to work. Location was nice, near shopping. Bed was comfortable. - The bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfy and soft.

  the cost for the room was very reasonable. - The evening clerk was very nice and on point but not very concerned with the problem but he did refund our money so it sorta worked out other than it took an hour further to find another room
