I really like the swimming pool area and the beach..

No ATM..and the restaurant colsed so early.

Staff is very pleasent, kind and helpful. Very comfortable atmosphere. Nice cold beer at the bar. Close to a good Korean restaurant.

The reservation policy is on-line only. The reseption staff can not help you book, you must do it yourself. Only two selections of draght beer at the bar. The music in the bar is too loud every night.

The staff were excellent and warm. The location was good for travelling on the road for long distance

lack of other living support, such as out side resturant and grocery stors. Hotel resturants are expensive for large groups

Location of the facilty and the use of the sister hotel which was a walk up the beach.

someone had a bit too much to drink at the bar and made so much noise during the early hours of the morning. The hotel staff/management should have dealt with the situation without hesitation to ensure the comfort of their guests

Location is just right for those traveling by car to Dubai .

Wish there were water activities such as catamaran sailing .

The Dhafra Beach Hotel has excellent public / restaurant areas but the guest rooms are quite old. Fortunately there is a refurbishment programme undeway and the newly refurbished rooms are of a good standard. The staff are excellent and always do their best to please

The Dhafra Beach Hotel and its sister hotel the Danat (next door) have room rates that truly reflect supply and demand and they are constantly more expensive than much better appointed and equipped hotels in Abu Dhabi city. But if you are in Ruwais and you have visitors then you have no choice as to where you can stay..

The rooms are in the process of being refurbished which was long overdue. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All of teh leaisure facilities are available at the sister hotel next door but it is a shame that the Dhafra Beach swimming pool is not repaired and reconstructed.

The security guards are often less than friendly or polite, 'jobsworths' as we say in the UK, a little full of their self importance.The removal of the shaded areas for guest cars was definitely not a good idea and all room bathrooms and wardrobe doors should have been included in the room refurbishment - it looks 'half done' and looks like to save money. The beach paved footpath ought to be completed to connect the Dhafra and the Danat hotels

Very quiet area. Friendly staff.

Air conditioning is poor. Food is less than average. No gym facility (Can use Danat Hotel next Door) No pool facility (Can use Danat Hotel next Door) Beach area requires refurbishment. (Can use Danat Hotel next Door)

Checking in was a breeze.

everything else: The room reeked bad. I could put my whole palm on the ceiling, i felt claustrophobic even though I booked the sweet. The food in the dinner buffet was not cheap, yet the quality was terrible. Window type air conditioners? Seriously? in 2013? The air conditioners were noisy, and installed close to the ground, where your feet freeze if you sat on the couch. The carpet smelled like a combination of mould and urine.
