Staff was great mostly. Location was great because it was literally in front of the metro (and the metro is so easy to use because it only goes North and South). The pool is awesome too. Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English. Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.
