I never stayed I just called to inquire if it was pet friendly as I am a UAE resident living in another emirates wanting to overnight with my small dog and I was just informed by their reception pets are allowed but you must pay an extra 200dhs for your pet plus a 1000dhs refundable deposit and you are restricted to a 2bedroom apartment so be aware of this. Crazy just to pay 200dhs for your pet who doesn't need a bed!

The whole stay was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and the rooms were very clean and spacious. We will definitely come again.

Constructiuon sites around the hotel (24 hours niose and cement odor all over the places (may be in next few weeks things get better after the end of these construction sites around the hotel
The Health Club was very good, and the thai massage lady was exellent
The time it took to check in and check out - it was too long. Also, staff were not clear about breakfast charges in the first instance. The hotel was busy and I was asked about three times when I am checking out - I found this very annoying especially as it had been previously agreed that we could check out a lat
