  From the moment we stepped out of the car when we arrived the staff were friendly & welcoming. Each day of our 5 day stay, they all greeted us with smiles and called us by name. In particular, the front of house Manager, Mr Ahmed Gaafar, Reception staff Sharon, Elena, Valerya to name but a few, went that extra mile to make our stay as special ... o que as pessoas dizem » as it could be. They are a credit to the hotel. - The hotel opening at the end of 2012 and is in its "soft start up" phase gradually receruiting and training staff and opening up facilities. By the summer of 2013 it should be up to speed. The staff are very hrlpful and friendly and the food at the buffet resaurant (the only one open) was excellent.

  It was value for money in all means.The Hotel management have done a great job by keeping staffs who treats customers with good manners. The best thing is they won't charge your credit card in name of pre-authorization. In total I will give a 10 out of 10 to this Hotel without any doubt. - The staff was very friendly and professional.
