  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. Unless you are extremely picky about room size and some luxury amenities around the room, you shou... o que as pessoas dizem » ldn't dismiss this hotel. - The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

  It was value for money in all means.The Hotel management have done a great job by keeping staffs who treats customers with good manners. The best thing is they won't charge your credit card in name of pre-authorization. In total I will give a 10 out of 10 to this Hotel without any doubt. - The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent with good varieties.

  From the moment we stepped out of the car when we arrived the staff were friendly & welcoming. Each day of our 5 day stay, they all greeted us with smiles and called us by name.
