  Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests. Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels. I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort. Facilities are good , food is good but not high quality. Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in.   Lovely Villas and very friendly staff. Loved the pool and sun deck. Have read complaints regarding the restaurant and the fact that there is only one with limited choice. It is pricy, but there are other restaurants close by with the Al Hamra hotel within walking distance on the same property. Had a great time and will return again. - i liked the place and the staff , rooms are very relaxing and comfort , staf are very freindly and the boat is great... we also went to Sharjah and eat very nice food in Falafel Al Dar .... they have the best Falafel, Shawarma and Mansaf in UAE ..
