All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. The fact it was an apartment rather than a hotel room ( and for very little more than where I had originally planned

the staff were all very friendly especially the bell boy, i think his name is mohammed and the indian man that brings others for housekeeping

It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.

Very pleasant room, nice and cosy breakfast terrace with excellent breakfast, good central location with cafes, shopping malls, etc. in fair walking distance. Great place, friendly staff, good facilities, lovely pool and helpful staff there and at the gym. Apartments great size and all you needed there. Very comfortable stay, will definitely return! :) Taxis always available and reasonable so location not really an issue. Great bakery and supermarkets in the vicinity. Beach and park only 10-15 mins in taxi. Dubai marina about 20 mins away. Can't wait to return to this great, value for money hotel :)

In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and
the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large
selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the
staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room
cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we

Staff were very good and assisted us with the children when needed without having to ask. The apartment rooms were huge and gave the children plenty of room to move.
