cheap in the UAE...shops,restaurants near bye. We were upgraded to a
suite which made our stay truly amazing!!! Great room! On the day of
check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to

comunicantes e como eles não tinham disponiveis os quartos comunicantes,
mudaram-nos para o Radisson Blu, hotel 5* ao lado, pelo mesmo preço, no
entanto muito superior ao Park Inn. Muito agradável a nossa estadia.

Having stayed in quite a few hotels therefore we can honestly say this is our favourite. We truly felt like we were on holiday and at the end of the weekend we didn't want to come home. I liked everything at Sands Hotel, It was really professional, clean, the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank Ms. Anam at the reception and Mr. Sujith the Cleaner specially who really take care of their guests. It's very conveniently located, across the road from El Dorado cinema, three bakeries (one of which opens at 5.00 am!), and a 24h supermarket.
On the same side of the hotel, there are laundromats, small cafes (one I would recommend is Captain Puff Pastry....delicious and very affordable local pizzas...loved the Kraft and honey), and some sports shops.

Hotel is clean. Right on airport street. Very easy to take a cab. There
is also a bus station right in front in hotel, even though buses are
very slow in auh, pretty crowded and infrequent. Parking in hotel is
free which is good. If you rent a car you have to valet park it at hotel
(for free). This is necessary as they have crazy rules for meters

Al Wahdah Mall is just round the corner. You can have great meals there without breaking the bank. Close to the main bus terminal. You take a bus on a day trip-shopping trip-to Dubai. You can go to Sharjah and from there visit all the other emirates. It is a conducive place to stay as it is your entry point to the UAE. Looking forward to staying there again and again.
