Compared to my previous experiences in kharkiv, this hotel gets a +A - I liked my room and its design, the availability of TY, wi-fi, it was clean and there was everything necessary for me, even hair dryer and slippers. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was very cosy.

  The hotel staff were fantastic. The hotel is very nice hotel. It is close to a beautiful park to take a night walk to. The continential breakfast is not bad. There are several dishes to choose from. The food was very good. All of the staff were very attentive to everything. They were very polite. Many of them spoke English very well. Many - I was well impressed with location (very central but quiet) of this hotel. Also, staff was very polite and helpful with bar open 24 hours which was helpful with Client meeting. The standards of this hotel about 4-star European hotel chain (Marriot, Hilton|). I will definitely recommend this hotel for someone to stay on short business trip.

  Actually one of the best hotels we ever stayed in Ukraine. It is newly developed, very clean hotel with big non-smoking (!) rooms. Our room had a big balcony - very enjoying. The breakfast was very tasty (home-like Ukrainian food). The "Shashlik" take-away just across the main street also worth trying.
