The apartment is amazing with it's huge whirlpool for two and the bed up the stairs. Very friendly staff who introduces you to the appartment and gives you the keys. Also the location is great in the heart of the Old Town and at the promenade. Location is simply great and facilities in these apartments are fantastic. It is a perfectly clean and well looked after place, actually a complete 2 room flat (I've stayed in orange room). You can find lots of cafe's, restaurants nearby.

Very good and would recommend. It is a flat located in an old building & redecorated in a modern style. Might be a bit scary to come back home at night as the street is rather quiet and lacks ligh, besides it's difficult to open the gates at night. But Odessa is a quiet and friendly place, so I actually had no troubles. Late night/early morning street noise, but only because it is central to everything, it is to be expected . The noise from the nearby ongoing construction & the location on ground floor ( lack of adequate sunlight). The air inside the apartment was not too good, and this had an effect on my sleepquality. There is no major problem in the flat, so hard to say what I did not like... Lack of welcome pack of bread, milk etc. May be it's a little bit dark as this is the first floor. Nothing. sometimes it's noise at the street. Insects in the bathroom, no acoustic isolation - could hear everything. The staff changed the lock and tell us about it only after our call and questions why the door couldn't be open - horrible! The rooms are non-smoking, but someone definitely smoked in the next room.
